Hotel Photo Session & Gallery

The front office tablet may be used to display the rooms and the hotel’s photo gallery. Moreover, signature pads can also be used as an advertising medium to display messages about promotions when not in use.

Electronic Registration Card

The E-Signature system could generate an electronic registration card, with the ability to sign digitally by the guest using a front office tablet connected to the E-Signature system. The guest signature will be added automatically to the system to be used in further communications.

Guest folio for guest & Travel Agency

The E-Signature app creates two guest folios. The travel agency guest folio will show the guest only the extras and will keep the rate of accommodation of the travel agency hidden. While the individual guest folio will display the full invoice details including the accommodation rate to the guest.
